The Boathouse and the Playground at Kaw Point Park in Kansas City, MO

Kaw Point Park is a recreational facility that provides a beautiful location for picnics and other outdoor activities in Kansas City. The park sits on the western bank of the river in the downtown area. The river itself is a part of the historic Stonewall Jackson National Historic Site. The river flows from east to west between Main Street Bridge. The park is a public access point and is located directly across the street from the Stonewall Jackson National Historic Site. There are two main features in this park: a boathouse and a playground. The water features are located on either side of the river in a cove that offers a nice view of the river and the surrounding scenery. The park is also home to a small playground with slides. The water features are available on a variety of water vessels and kayaks. There are also benches and picnic tables that allow for comfortable viewing of the water. If you would like to relax while you enjoy your time at the park, the benches are available in different sizes so that you can sit down and enjoy the water as well. The Boathouse is located on the west end of the Kaw Point Park in Kansas City, Missouri. It is a boat ramp that is accessible to boaters who have to be in boats or vessels. If you would like to rent a boat for an entire day, you will be able to rent a boat from one of the boats on the ramp or rent from an onsite watercraft rental company. There are also several restrooms located throughout the park that you can use when you want to use the restroom in between activities.
